Changing The Way I Eat

Lately, I have been more food conscious about what I put in my body.

I've noticed that with all the meals that I have been making for myself have not been the healthiest and it worries me for the future. I noticed that when I would just walk up and down the block I would be winded by the 3rd round before I would take a lot more for me to be like that.

The whole month of April, I have been having green smoothies in the morning plus a banana.

In my green smoothie:

- Kale

- Avocado

- Cucumber

- Parsley

- A little Cilantro

- Kiwi

- Green Apples

And i finish off my breakfast with half a banana and the rest was put in my afternoon yogurt.

At first, it was really hard to down because I always never had breakfast in the morning. I really noticed a difference in the energy. I love it, sometimes if I had enough of my smoothies, I would just have my quick oatmeals with either blueberries or banana.

Then in the afternoon, I would have something small, a sandwich with roast beef, cheese and lettuce.

For dinner, I always made sure I had something small to eat for dinner but I am too embarrassed to say what... ;)

I really hope I can keep this healthy habit up because I really like the energy that I get from it.
